Overview

Forward them to OpenTrack and we'll automatically extract the data for you.

Set up automated inbox rules to forward arrival notice emails to OpenTrack, and our automation will take key information from the attachments and update the appropriate containers.

How it works

  1. You set up automated inbox rules to forward arrival notice emails to OpenTrack

  2. OpenTrack's arrival notice processor automatically processes the PDFs attached to extract the relevant data

  3. We then automatically update the data on the appropriate containers

Instructions

  1. Automatically forward or send emails to imports+arrival-notices@opentrack.co

  2. All attached arrival notices will be processed, subject to the limitations below
