It can be frustrating when ocean carriers don't report that a container has been Empty Returned.

This quick guide will show you how to mark that a container has been Empty Returned, and thereby remove it from your list of "Containers That Need to Be Returned".

Step 1: Click the container number to open the container detail panel.

Step 2: Click the History tab.

Step 3: Click the plus (+) icon in the top right.

Step 4: Set whatever date and location for the Empty Return you'd like.

Step 5: Click Save.

Now you've updated this container's status to Empty Returned! As a result, it won't appear on your "Containers That Need to Be Returned" dashboard report.
