Terminal Appointment Scheduling lets drayage carriers search, book, and cancel terminal appointments (import pickup, empty drop, and dual transaction — dropping an empty and picking up a full) directly inside OpenTrack, no separate terminal portal required. It's powered by eModal's Pregate Gateway through our CargoSprint partnership.
Why it matters
Book where you already track. Schedule and manage appointments in the same place you monitor containers — no context switching to the terminal's own portal.
Full lifecycle. Find available slots, book, and cancel — with status synced back automatically.
Closes the loop. One system for terminal state, exception alerts, and now action.
How it works
Get in touch and express interest so we can enroll you in the pilot.
Reply to this email or contact Support@opentrack.co and advise you are interested in this new add on.
In the Appointments tab on a container, pick an appointment type (e.g. Import Pickup, Empty Drop) and enter a PIN / release if required, then find available slots.
Browse slots grouped by day — each with availability and capacity — and select the one you want.
Confirm and book.
The appointment appears in your list with live status (Confirmed / Pending / Cancelled), trucker, terminal, and truck visit ID.
Need to cancel?
One click releases the slot back to the terminal and returns a cancellation confirmation code.
Availability
Currently in Pilot. Initial coverage includes import pickup, empty-drop, and dual-transaction flows at select terminals (e.g. ETS-LA / PCT), expanding to more terminals and appointment types based on design-partner demand. Available as a paid add-on.
