When a qualifying shipment is detected, OpenTrack automatically flags the container and generates a compliance alert within the Enhanced Customs workflow.
To review FROB compliance alerts:
Navigate to the Enhanced Customs section of your OpenTrack dashboard
Open the Exceptions view to see containers flagged for ISF-5 requirements
Click a flagged container to review routing details and the required compliance action
Assign or resolve the task directly from the exception detail view
This removes the need to manually review routing data or carrier documentation to identify FROB shipments.
Optional ISF-5 Auto-Filing

When auto-filing is enabled:
