The Enhanced eModal Terminal Visibility Add-on provides expanded terminal milestone data and near real-time updates through OpenTrack’s integration with the eModal terminal network.
While OpenTrack already provides terminal visibility where available, some terminals limit access to appointment and operational data. This add-on expands visibility by connecting directly to eModal, allowing OpenTrack to receive terminal updates the moment they occur.
This provides operations teams with faster and more reliable information about terminal activity.
What Data Is Included
With Enhanced eModal Terminal Visibility enabled, OpenTrack can receive additional terminal data such as:
Terminal appointment scheduling updates
Last Free Day (LFD) information from terminal systems
Terminal status changes and operational updates
Expanded visibility across terminals that normally restrict access
These updates are delivered directly from terminal systems through eModal integrations.
Near Real-Time Terminal Updates
Through the eModal integration, OpenTrack receives updates using webhook notifications triggered directly by terminal systems.
This allows OpenTrack to receive updates immediately when terminal data changes, instead of waiting for periodic refreshes or manual updates.
As a result, teams can respond faster to operational changes such as:
