OpenTrack supports SAML 2.0 to enable SSO for secure authentication across your company's user base. The setup process is quite simple.

Step 1: Provide your Entry Point URL and Certificate

To get started, we need the following information from you:

  • Entry Point URL

  • Certificate

Step 2: Set up your Identity Provider with our details

In order to set up your Identity Provider, you'll need these:

Please feel free to include any other information you think will be useful.

Step 3: Test and Announce

When setup is complete, it's a good idea to test it out. Ask for testing steps from your OpenTrack representative.

When that's done, all your OpenTrack users will be able to sign in via SSO. They can now use the Sign in to an organization button on OpenTrack's login screen.
