OpenTrack Delivery Visibility is not just about getting fresh data from your drayage providers to illuminate the black box of the final mile.
You also get a set of powerful tools to monitor and improve the performance of your drayage data pipeline.
That's where the Drayage Carrier Integration Health Update email comes in.
It provides an at-a-glance summary of how your drayage carrier integrations are doing at providing key milestones.
And for drayage carriers themselves, it's a useful tool to help them stay on top of data reporting processes and preemptively identify potential issues.
For every drayage carrier you have integrated with OpenTrack, you'll see a table like this:
How to interpret this table
This table answers the question: Out of all your containers with this drayage carrier which were terminated in the last week, what percentage had each data point reported?
For example, you can interpret it as: "95% of containers had a Delivery Appointment Date reported."
You can click the View Containers button to see a list of all the containers used to calculate this table in OpenTrack.
You'll also see up top how many containers are included in this calculation. In the above example it was 32 containers.
For data points you expect to receive from your drayage carrier
100% is a great result for the data points you expect to receive from your carrier.
If you expect to receive a data point and it is less than 100%, this is an opportunity to communicate with your drayage carrier about your expectations for data reporting.
For data points you do not expect to receive
You may not expect to receive certain data points on this list. For those, a 0% is expected and fine.
