How to Export Containers with Tracking Issues to Excel (CSV)

When you have a lot of containers that failed to track, it may be easier to get them in a spreadsheet. Here's how to do that.

When you receive a notification that certain containers failed to track or stopped tracking, you'll want to investigate further. Here's our guide that goes deeper on the subject.

If you want these containers in a spreadsheet to do your analysis, there is an easy way to export them from OpenTrack. Here's how.

Tracking Failed to Initialize

For containers/MBLs that never tracked in the first place, here's how to export them.

  1. Go to Explore

  2. Click the Filter button

  3. Select the filter Tracking Status

  4. Select Not Found At Ssl

  5. Then click Export

Tracking Stopped

For containers/MBLs that were tracked at first but then stopped, here's how to export them.

  1. Go to Explore

  2. Click the Filter button

  3. Select the filter Tracking Status

  4. Select No Updates From Carrier

  5. Then click Export
