Constantly giving updates on a collection of shipments?

Stop relying on spreadsheets that quickly get outdated. Wouldn't it be better if you could just share a list of containers that are constantly being updated with the latest OpenTrack data?

Now you can generate a live, shareable tracking link from any saved report on the Explore page. Here's how.

Step 1: On Explore, save a report and give it a title

Set up the filters and column order just the way you want. You can even search in the search bar and save it!

Click the Save button in the top right to save your report.

๐Ÿ’ก Example: Make a report with containers on one Master Bill

  1. Search the Master Bill in the search bar

  2. Click Save

  3. Now you have your report showing only containers on one Master Bill!

Step 2: Click the Share button

Click the Share button in the top right corner of any saved report.

Step 3: Copy the External Share Link

Click the Copy External Share Link button and the External Share Link will be copied to your clipboard.

Paste it in your browser to see it!

Send this link to your colleagues and partners, even if they don't have an OpenTrack account, and they'll see the external version of your report.
