Can my invited customer track containers that I have to pay for?

No, you will only be billed for the containers you choose to incorporate into your customer's white label portal.

Will the invite email and initial login page have my branding too?

Yes. The invitation email, initial login page, TrackIt links, and dashboard will all be customized to include your branding and colors, giving your customers a fully-branded experience. Here's what it looks like:

How do I invite my customers? What are the steps?

Step 1: Reach out to the OpenTrack customer success team, and share with us key information about your customer including their company name, first and last name, and email.

Step 2: If you want to test how they will see the portal, we can add you as a test user so you can preview their full experience.

Step 3: You give us confirmation and we will trigger the automated, branded invitation to your customer.

Step 4: They use the email they receive to log into your white label portal.

Will my customer see all my containers for all my customers?

No, your customers will only have visibility into their designated containers. You assign containers using a code in the Customer field on the container.

How can I ensure that my customers only see the containers they are meant to see?

First, we will work with you to ensure that your process for labeling containers for your customers is set up properly. Then to verify, we can add you as a test user so you can preview your customer’s experience exactly.

Will my customer be able to edit data on the container?

No, only you will have the authorization to edit any data associated with the containers.
