Here are the Explore reports that come out of the box with the Explore page:

We'll go through each one and explain what it is, the benefits you can get from using it, and how to interpret it.

How to find these default reports

To find them on the Explore page, open the left sidebar and click All Other Reports. You'll see these default reports listed there, alongside all the reports created by other members of your OpenTrack account.

Active Holds

This report shows every container in your account with an active hold, which means:

  • A hold was reported by the carrier or terminal,

  • AND the hold is still unresolved.

If we receive a report of a hold on a container, and we haven't yet received a report that the hold was resolved, then the container will be on this Active Holds list.

Scroll to the right and you'll see lots of columns showing the Reported At and Resolved At dates for all of the hold types we support inside OpenTrack.

Arriving This Week

This report shows all containers with an estimated time of arrival (ETA) to berthing at Port of Discharge within the current calendar week.

Port LFD Within 48 Hours

This report shows all containers with a Last Free Day within two days of today.

Containers Export Replica

We created this report because a lot of our customers rely on the CSV export from the Containers page for their automations, Excel macros, and workflows. We didn't want to break those automations.

So now, instead of exporting from the Containers page, you can get the exact same CSV export from the Explore page by using the Containers Export Replica report.

To export, click the report Containers Export Replica, then click Export up at the top.

As always, please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or feedback.
