Guide to help resolve exported CSV opening blank in Excel

If you have exported a CSV of container data from the OpenTrack dashboard, you can use tools like Excel to open this file. In the case that this file opens up as blank, there are a couple settings you'll need to set in order to successfully open this file.

1) Navigate to Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings... > Protected View --> uncheck the top and bottom boxes

2) Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings... > File Block Settings --> change the radio button to the bottom option

3) Export your target data from the OpenTrack dashboard

4) Launch Excel

5) Drag & drop saved CSV onto Excel window or File -> Open the exported data
