Overview on how to export data from your OpenTrack account

This guide provides an overview on how to export data from your OpenTrack account. Whether you initiated tracking through the dashboard or via API, all your tracking data is accessible from the OpenTrack dashboard.

The export feature allows you to search for shipments using the search bar on the container explorer page and export all the data as CSV.

Important Reminders:

  • If you're exporting more than 2000 containers, we will send you an email with a download link for the exported data. If you export less than 2000 containers, your download will process in the browser.

  • OpenTrack only stores data up to 3 months in the past. Please note that OpenTrack is not a historical data storage solution.

How to Export Container Data

First, navigate to the Explore page.

Identify your target containers by using the filters or search box.

Click the Export button.
