Learn how to find completed shipments in the dashboard

The OpenTrack visibility system is designed to track containers from the start of their journey (EMPTY OUTGATED) at the origin location through completion at the destination (EMPTY RETURNED).

Upon a container being EMPTY RETURNED, the tracking for this container is made inactive and removed from the list of results.

See only active containers

On the Explore page, set the filter Tracking Status = Tracking to see all of your currently active containers.

See only completed containers

On the Explore page, set the filter Tracking Status = Tracking Complete.

Please note that OpenTrack is not a historical storage solution and will only provide access to container tracking data up to 3 months in the past.
