White Label Settings: Control What Your Connections See

You can now control which platform elements your Connections see inside their Customer Portals, right from your account settings. No need to contact OpenTrack support to make a change.

Where to Find It

Go to Settings → Connections, and expand White label visibility.

This section only appears for Managers on accounts that already have Connections established. If your account doesn't have Connections set up yet, you won't see this option. Connections still need to be established by OpenTrack Support, so reach out to our team if you need to get them set up.

What You Can Control

These settings apply to every user inside your connected accounts.

Dashboards

  • Hide Exceptions Dashboard

  • Hide Exports Dashboard

  • Hide Performance Analytics Dashboard

Sensitive Fields

  • Hide Drayage Carrier field

Navigation

  • Hide "Start Tracking" call-to-action in Explore

Who Can Access This

Managers on accounts that already have Connections established. If Connections aren't set up yet, reach out to Support@OpenTrack.co to get them established first.

Why This Matters

Previously, any change to what your Connections could see required a request to OpenTrack support. Now you can adjust these settings yourself, in real time, as those relationships evolve.
