Step 1: Get set up with email processor to track your containers
Let us know that you want a PortPro integration. Our team will walk you through the setup.
You'll then set up a report in PortPro to email us a spreadsheet of containers to track, sending to the email address “imports@opentrack.co”.
This should include all the additional fields you want to include
Set your report to automatically send daily.
Your containers are now tracking in OpenTrack ✅
Step 2: Give OpenTrack access to PortPro
We need the following from you to get started:
clientId
andclientSecret
, so we can create Access and Refresh tokens to access the APILogin access for support@opentrack.co to access the Load view, so we can log in to manually verify data is flowing properly
Step 3: Confirm the data mapping
Here’s the data we currently report, shown on PortPro's Load view:
Mapping key
Number in Image Above | OpenTrack property | PortPro field |
1 | Mother Vessel ETA (Berthing) | Vessel ETA |
2 | Mother Vessel ATA (Berthing) / | Vessel ETA |

Feel free to propose new data you want to see in PortPro, and we'd be happy to investigate how to report it.
Step 3: Test the integration
We will agree on a list of containers to test the integration with
We will update those containers via the integration and show you screenshots from the PortPro Load view for your approval
Once you approve, we'll go live with the integration for all your containers!
Step 4: Go live
Once you approve of the test data, we will activate the integration for all the containers you track in OpenTrack. ✅
All containers you track will receive updates in PortPro in real time. We send updates to PortPro as they occur in OpenTrack.
