What is a Hot Container?

A Hot Container is any container that needs special attention or priority handling from your team. When you mark a container as "hot," it becomes more visible to everyone in your organization through visual highlighting and prioritized positioning.

For example, you might mark a container as hot when:

  • It contains time-sensitive cargo

  • There's a potential delay that needs monitoring

  • The shipment requires special handling or attention

When a container is marked as hot, everyone in your organization can see its priority status, ensuring aligned focus across your team.

How does the Hot Container feature work?

The Hot Container feature has two main visual components:

  • Orange highlighting makes hot containers instantly recognizable

  • Automatic prioritization moves hot containers to the top of Explore results

This simple but effective system ensures that high-priority shipments don't get lost in the shuffle of daily operations.

How do I use Hot Containers?

Step 3: Collaborate effectively
